Brief History The Faculty of Medicine, Bangkok Thonburi University, is located within Bangkok Thonburi University, 16/10 Leab Khlong Thawi Watthana Road, Thawi Watthana Subdistrict, Thawi Watthana District, Bangkok 10170. Established on June 12, 2019, its aim is to produce high-quality medical graduates in accordance with the Medical Council of Thailand's standards. The faculty focuses on developing physicians with expertise in family medicine and geriatric medicine, with an emphasis on urban community settings and elderly care. Furthermore, the faculty aims to cultivate physicians capable of adapting to rapidly changing medical knowledge, economic environments, and social conditions. The faculty operates in collaboration with Bangkok Thonburi University and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's Medical Department, with the Faculty of Medicine, Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University serving as a mentoring institution.
