To provide training and technical consulting services to enhance the scientific and technological capabilities of personnel in Thailand’s manufacturing and service sectors. 2. To promote, encourage, and stimulate research and development, as well as the utilization of science and technology in Thailand, through mechanisms for linking and transferring scientific and technological work from NSTDA to government and private sector agencies in the manufacturing and service sectors. 3. To offer new options to government and private sector agencies in the manufacturing and service sectors to prepare for professional science and technology-based management, and to cope with global changes and ongoing socio-economic challenges.
